Application

For milk liquid packaging and all kinds of liquid beverage packaging . 

Composition

Three times coating on the printing surface, and back layer coated with starch. The fiber layer contains three layers, the top and bottom layer both are bleached chemical pulp, and the filler is chemical pulp and CTMP without DIP and other waste paper pulp which is 100% virgin wood pulp. Manufacturing strictly in accordance with the prohibited substances standards promulgated by the State Council Security Office and the Ministry of Agriculture, absolutely without fluorescent and orthophthalic substances.

Printability

Printing surface with high smoothness and good flatness, and ink absorption evenly, half-tone restored well, clear and full color graphics.

Processability

With good flexibility and high folding endurance, and the crease folding does not burst. Excellent stiffness and formation. Better anti-oil, water resistant and edge anti-permeability performance. Laminating evenly, better bonding between PE and paper.

Storability

The product has better light resistance, and long-term preservation in non-direct sunlight environment.

Packaging & Delivery

1).Normal packing: Each wood pallet is 1.1m high with paper,and the corner is protected by paperboard chip,the whole pallet is wrapped by waterproof film and fix by packing belt

2).Ream packing:100 sheets wrapped with strong PE coated kraft paper,outer Wrapped with film, baled on wooden Pallets 4 angles with strong protector

3).Roll packing: the whole reel wrapped by waterproof film and give customer 15 meters paper for free ,or according to client 's requirement.

4).We can do the all packaging according to customer's requirements. standard export packing,suitable for long distance and shall be well protected against dampness ,moisture,shock,rust and rought hanging.
